The Quiz is organised by LA KADJ LLC, trading as Outset PR, Suite 305, Griffith Corporate Centre, Beachmont, Kingstown, St. Vincent and the Grenadines (“Outset PR”, “we” or “us”). OMI is a product of the same legal entity. Privacy contact: legal@outsetpr.io.
When you enter and play the Quiz, we collect or generate:
Please use the same contact detail for repeat attempts so that your best score can be correctly attributed. You may use a nickname or preferred display name if you would like that name to appear in public results.
We use the information above to enable participation, record and combine repeat attempts, determine your best score, verify fair participation, contact you about an eligible reward, resolve questions or disputed claims, operate the website securely, and publish the limited results table described below. Marketing communications are a separate, optional purpose and are not required to play, appear in the limited results table or claim a reward.
Reward categories are intended to be: 0–4 correct answers — no reward; 5–12 — eligibility to claim a two-week OMI trial and 5% discount on Outset PR services; 13–20 — eligibility to claim a two-week OMI trial and 15% discount on Outset PR services, subject to verification and applicable commercial conditions.
Approximately one week after the event, we intend to publish participants’ best results on Outset PR’s LinkedIn and X accounts. The public table will contain only your entered name or preferred display name, your best score and a masked identifier based on your email address or Telegram username (for example, a***@g***.com or @a***7).
We will not publish your full email address, full Telegram username, company, job title, attempt history, session ID or timestamps. Social media posts may be visible worldwide and may be copied, shared, indexed or archived by third parties. If you do not want your name/display name, masked identifier and best score published in this way, please do not participate in the Quiz.
Your non-public data may be accessed by authorised Outset PR team members and relevant hosting, storage or operational service providers, including Google services used to record submissions. Limited public result data will be made available through LinkedIn and X. The Quiz is connected with an event in Türkiye, Outset PR is established in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, and the online Quiz may be accessed from other countries. Your data may therefore be processed internationally. Where required, processing and international transfers will be handled in accordance with the data protection requirements applicable to the relevant participant and processing activity.
Quiz entries, participant contact details and best-score records are intended to be retained for up to 12 months after the Quiz period; reward administration records for up to 12 months after delivery or expiry of the claim period; and marketing contact details until you withdraw your consent or the communications cease, subject to maintaining a minimal opt-out record where needed.
Subject to applicable data protection law in the circumstances of your participation, including Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 where applicable, you may request information about processing and recipients, access or correction of your data, deletion or destruction where conditions are met, notification of relevant corrections/deletions to recipients, and objection to applicable outcomes produced solely by automated analysis. Requests may be sent to legal@outsetpr.io. Removal of copies already shared or archived by third parties may not always be possible.
